We fell in love with chili crisp the way everyone does — one spoonful that changed everything. The kind of heat that warms you from the inside out, with a tingle that keeps you reaching for more.
We couldn't find that feeling in Chattanooga, so we made it ourselves. Every batch is hand-crafted in small quantities, using a hot oil drizzle method that unlocks the pure, bold character of each dry spice — no shortcuts, no fillers.
